I worked with Agam Real Estate to close my first townhome in Santa Clara. I worked with Delaney(has now moved on) , Michal and Ayelet.

Ayelet(20 yrs of experience) is leading this team with Michal(6 years of experience). I worked with Delaney and Michal for about 4 months of the process and after Delaney left, Ayelet joined in.

Theirs is a team of highly professional people. Considering that I am a first time home buyer, they did an initial video meeting with me to explain the home buying process, gathered my requirements, and showed me multiple houses over 5 months.

They are highly professional. Checking up on availability in the middle of the week, presenting a route with their recommended listings, adding/removing listings from the route based on my requests. On the day of checking out the listings, they are always on time and efficient. They were also quick to point that match/do not match my requirements.

During the last 5 months I had reached out to them for multiple questions and they have been highly responsive. They also have good related contacts. For one of the listing, they even helped by inviting a contractor to help with quotes for repairs I was considering.

At no point in this process, did I ever feel pressured to make an offer for an amount I did not want to. They would share their recommendation but would continue with putting in offer based on the amount that I decide.

For the place that I finally got, Ayelet had shared multiple tips to put in a good offer leading to a successful acceptance. They were very quick and helpful in the closing process too.
