New review....I initially gave a poor review to this apartment complex see original review before. But tonight I'm pleased to provide the following update...within a day or 2 of writing the review I received a friendly message back from the complex team saying that they corrected the light situation and apologized for the inconvenience the bright light has caused and that they adjusted the light so it's not pointed towards our place ...I really appreciate the rapid response. I've added a new photo next to the old ones to show the difference that the light or lack thereof has made. And as I off my head down to sleep I'm very much appreciating how dark my room is without that light shining in.

Original review...They have this light at this apt complex that shines right into our window. It's very bothersome. We've left messages with the manager and never even got a call back . The light in this picture illuminates our room even when our blinds are closed.
All the MGMT works have to do is ask the maintainence person to tilt this one light downward just like all the other lights on the parking lot and that would solve the issue. It would also help better illuminate the parking area... Making it safer for residents. For this lack of smile decency I give them only 2 star.

Khalesa is very knowledgeable about everything that is in the Waterview Apartments community! She took her time to show us the different types of units she had available and also showed much dedication, understanding, diligence, and commitment to making anyone she meets feel welcome and that their needs are met. She is on top of maintenance and making sure that once someone is moved in, the unit will be in perfect condition by checking every detail and assuring us that whatever we need we can ask her. We felt very supported and confident that if we do make Waterview our home we are thankful to have a hard working, bubbly, energetic, caring, and supportive leasing team to lean on.

My partner and I came for a tour and it was our first time doing anything like this, so we were very nervous. But Tonnie was so kind, answered all of our questions, and made us feel very welcome! The property is beautiful with an amazing view and is quiet and the units came with lots of storage space!

I had the experience of touring a few apartments here with khalesa! I think she was a great help! I showed up 30 minutes to closing and she was willing to go above and beyond and not only give me a tour of one of the apartment complex, but 3 different tours. She also showed me many different recreational facilities within the apartment area. She not only went out of her way to show us different apartments but she toured us far outside of her closing time and did it all with enthusiasm! She was such a great help and I really do appreciate everything that she was able to do with us. I had a great experience touring with Khalesa! Thank you!

Whenever there's an issue, they address it promptly and ensure everything is fixed to perfection. Gave us a full tour of several apartment. The units are absolutely gorgeous and affordable at Waterview Apartments !!! The application process was a breeze.
