I'm not sure about you, but when searching for a realtor initially I was overwhelmed. Karen came highly recommended a family member whom she helped years ago - and with her I purchased my first home (2015) in San Lorenzo and now last year out in Contra Costa County(2021).

Not only was Karen professional, but super down to earth and caring - she helped break down the information, all the confusing and intimidating paperwork, did her research on the properties she showed (allayed my fears about he creepy well on one of the properties), and went the extra mile when it came to my home buying worries. Through many, many emails, she was responsive and always answered my questions. I felt well taken care of.

For the record, I never felt pressured or pushed to buy. She was patient with me - as it took me 4 months, 40+ showings, and 15+ bids to find my home.

Kid you not, when I was searching for the most recent home, I couldn't bring myself to even think about another realtor. Karen took good care of me during the first purchase and did it again with the second. If I ever need to buy again (or sell), it's gonna be her.

This company is horrible, Victoria is unprofessional and Karen does not handle business in a timely fashion. When I asked to speak with one of their supervisors Victoria hung up on me. I am a homeowner, meet every criteria that they could think of and was treated very poorly. Do not recommend this company for renting or buying unless they make changes to staff.
