Denise is WONDERFUL! If you are looking for a new home, no matter the budget, she will make it happen.
My father-in-law recommended Denise and wow are we so thankful to have been able to work with her. My husband and I were on a tight schedule, budget, and a firm deadline. Denise was in constant contact with us throughout the whole process, which was greatly appreciated because we were first time home buyers! She helped us through every stage of the buying process, was super knowledgeable and experienced, and even helped us plan updates to the home and fixes.

Denise was beyond helpful with getting two houses ready to sell, coordinating contractors and other realtors, making sure we stayed on track, and keeping me focused when my sale fell through until we had another buyer. She went above and beyond, providing not only advice but actual physical labor. She was with us every step, even when on vacation with her family and my buyers decided to move up the closing date. I met with Denise and explained to her that my mom was looking to sell her house in DC and buy a house in Mechanicsville, VA . Right away she was helpful with her advice and vast experience. Once ready my mom (a retired senior) and I began working with Denise in finding candidates until we found just the right house. We put in a bid and with advisement and seamless direction we purchased the house. I can honestly not say enough good things about Denise. No one's perfect, but she came damn close. Denise is very nice , she was honest, very knowledgeable and accommodating. She was great at explaining our experiences as they came (Denise kept things simple). We truly believe that my mom has her dream home and she loves Denise like family. I don't think anyone can find a better and more competent realtor in DC, MD, or VA. Denise was a delight to work with in finding a new home on a quick weekend trip. We had a tight time line due to a change in jobs and relocating from another state. She was up to the challenge and really got a feel for what we were looking for by asking lots of questions, sharing lots of listings in advance based on our needs and wants within our price range and desired locations.
