My family rented from A1 best rentals for a little over 2 years. We made a connection with Kim and when a home became available that fit our needs and budget she called us for a tour. We loved it. Any issue she took care of practically instantly. When it came to moving she was excited for us and did all she could to make the transition easy. ALSO we got our whole deposit back!!! It was a wonderful property. Amazing experience renting through her. Best landlord ever

Beware of this property management company!!! They don’t have very good business practices!!!! After I seen the property I received 3 calls from this agency within 2 weeks regarding putting in an application and the application fees for the property that I viewed. Once they received the application fee from my husband and I, we didn’t hear back from anyone until I reached out to get an update on the application process. Which then Kim finally replied saying she still needed a lease ledger from my current landlord. I gave her my landlord’s direct email and told her my landlord would email it directly to her. One week later I reached back out to find out again if there were any updates or decisions made at that point. But I was told Kim went on vacation for a week. Never heard anything back after that, no denial, no response, no nothing!!!! At this point we don’t know what was even done because anytime I called we were just told Kim was out of the office and the receptionist just kept telling us she doesn’t think she got to it yet. We were actual people looking for a place all we asked was for a response in a reasonable timeframe so we could know rather to move on and keep looking. Thank you for treating us like our business was unimportant!!!
