Absolute worst property management I have ever dealt with, and I have lived in what is considered the sketchiest apartment complex in the avenues in Chico. Alisa Cook, the manager, and daughter of the property owner lets her personal feelings get involved with the business. She is extremely unprofessional if her feelings get hurt. They are used to dealing with naive college aged students who do not know much about real estate. Once my roommate and I voiced our concerns, she was quick to try to get us out of our lease extension for next year, to get rid of her tenants that are an inconvenience to her. As for the properties, "Victorian" = outdated. Expect major issues such as a hole in the wall that is has a direct shot of your toilet. If you experience any major inconvenience, such as having to emergency move out of your home for over a week due to plumbing issues because they refuse to fix the plumbing, don't expect to be compensated in the way that you should. If you are still thinking about renting from AAA Properties, go ahead and shoot me a message and I will be more than happy to give you an additional list of reasons as to why you should save your time, money, and sanity. Wish I had listened to current + past tenants on how horrible it is to live in one of their properties. I could truly go on and on.

I've personally met Wayne Cook and Jenna Steinsiek they are professionals and are attentive to clients needs. All of their properties are family owned meaning you'll get the best quality there is. They are prompt with responses to any issues that arise. To sum it up AAA Properties is professional and efficient, highly recommend them.

I've dealt with Mr. Cook and his Boss Suzie for many years and find them to be first class property managers. They've done great things with the renovations of the original homes in the area maintaining the aesthetics, charm and charachter of the neighborhood. It's amazing that properties like this are rented to students and young families! REALLY kind, caring and energetic people doing great things.
