I saw other posts about Ray and about this aarons and let me say that he is a very rude person. He does not take into account other people’s lives, and when asked to fix my account, he did not. When I went to report him. He said that the district manager would never call me back Because he was the one in charge and that I put in my complaint for no reason please don’t waste your time going here. Rent-A-Center is better

Ray from waynesboro Aaron’s is very rude. They never fixed what needed to be and then wants to be rude. I do not recommend going there! All because I called and asked him to fix my stove and washer they claimed to fix he tells me not to call back to the store ever again. I do not recommended that man is NOT FRIENDLY!!!!

I rent to own a dryer off of Aaron's it was a used dryer but I should have checked it before I put it in my house it had dried up dead cockroaches in the button my husband found them there it was a few of them I guess they don't check their appliances when they get them back are anything so I hope to God because I hate bugs I don't have any in my house now so they want to fix the dryer but I don't want the dryer now because of what my husband found in the button on the dryer the problem is I called them a couple months earlier because the dryer was acting up so they said it was in my wall socket but come to find out it was not in my wall socket it's their dryer it kept cutting off and it wooden dry so now they want me to buy a brand new one this one's almost paid off and I have paid off a refrigerator a laptop tablet and a TV from Aaron's I can't believe they would do this to a customers like that 😕

Ray is the most unprofessional and egotistical man I have ever had to deal with. He started making threats against us for payments we thought were already paid off. Demanding that we bring him the washer or he is sending the cops over with an arrest warrant and that he would ruin our lives and that he was going to come to our place of residence if I didn’t do exactly what he wanted. All over a tiny amount to pay off the entire thing. Then after all this he shared our private info with a friend we had call in without our consent.

Now I will say that this store is awesome. I will also say due to some struggles I had to let some things go back but when I finally was able to get it back the manager allowed me to continue my payments and Ray and the rest of the staff is awesome they're totally willing to work with you during the pandemic and struggling times and if you spot what you want they'll even make sure you can get it if it's not in stock at there store

The team is here is committed and great to work with. They understand you might be a few days late and work with you. They are simply amazing people selling good stuff. People will complain about the prices and I will counter that by saying pay it off early if you can. If you are like nearly everyone else right now and struggling they are a great option!
