Justine the manager was very Knowledgeable with the area we were looking for a apt. And she was wonderful I hope we can move here one day the way she treats her Residence as we observed while we waited to speak to her you would think that you’re living at a resort. No wonder why people don’t want to move.

Finding my first home on my own after 20 years was daunting enough. Entering the world of property managers who’s sole job was designed to judge you just made it worse. Finding Justine on the other end of the line was refreshing to say the least. Her supportive attitude, friendly demeanor, and willingness to listen to my story was a welcome surprise. Justine was able to reassure me, walk me confidently through the process, and help me secure my first home in so many years. The remodel of the property is beautiful, and the neighbors have been so welcoming. I must have spoke with two dozen properties, Justine convinced me with ease that I’d found my new home.

I've been living at this property since 2015. The best thing about living at this property would definitely be the property manager Justine M. When she took over the property a few years back everything changed for the better! It was an absolute blessing from God above. The manager we had before her was horrifyingly terrible individual to say the least. Justine cares and goes above and beyond for every single resident or prospect. She genuinely cares and always gets the job done! That is something that should be appreciated and highly respected.

I recently had some personal issues going on in my life and needed some time with getting things together, not only was the management staff helpful but went out their way to help and guide me to resources that I needed, not once did I feel harassed or intimidated, they showed my family and I nothing but patience and understanding. I'm so happy to have this new management staff on board every tenant is appreciated and treated with respect regardless of their circumstances.

I sincerely thank all of the current Abbey Ridge Apartments management staff for all their help!

Love that we have a roof over our heads! Let's get out the way that EVERY apartment has their flaws never seen a perfect one yet 🤷‍♀️
But being here 4 years I've seen a few managers come through and we are blessed to have the one we have now!! She is kind, friendly and on top of her game! Justeen holds high value on family which is why she shows the kids in the complex love & respect. Strives to accommodate everyone to the best of her ability and if im being 100% honest she is one of the reasons me and my family are still here!
Kents~

I won't even give this place a single star but I had to in order to publish my review.. One, black mold in probably every apartment. Do NOT.. do NOT dismiss a small moldy window as just that because when we first moved in here after only 2 weeks I was sicker than I had ever been in my entire life & we had no idea why… untiiillll, we discovered that our ENTIRE apartment was infested with black mold. In the bathroom. The bedroom. The kitchen. The living room. Even the hallway walls were damp from the saturation of mold.. When we moved out, I ended up having to break the lease because after a MONTH of waiting on them to solve the mold problem they failed to do so & I was coughing up black mucus & they still charged me, without giving us our security deposit back. Charging us a cleaning fee when I left the place cleaner than when we moved in. On top of all that.. The closet in the hallway had some loose carpet, I picked it up & underneath were MAGGOTS!! EVERYWHERE!! I lived in that.. MY fault for not doing a through & through check, but seriously don't give this place your business. Don't let them jerk you around & I promise my hospital bill was more than bs on top of having to pay them 1600 dollars because they refused to communicate with me & sent us straight to collections. Honestly, this place should be put out of business.
