This company didn’t do anything to help our community as they didn’t understand our CCRs , Bylaws and articles of incorporation. All they are doing is taking our money. The meeting was a waste of my time. They said the meeting should be 1-1/2 hours as it went to two hours and nothing got resolved.
After talking to ABC management today I have found out that it was our board members were at fault for causing this animosity in our neighborhood for not telling the truth. I have read what has transpired between our board and ABC management. Our board needs to go.

Stephanie and Tam have been nothing but AMAZING with me! Stephanie is caring and on top of everything. They all have went above my expectations for me as a renter and for my family! Very caring and understanding. I've been renting with them for 2 years now and still going strong!! I can't wait for the years to come with this amazing rental company.

I rented from abc property management for about 4 years. Never had a bad experience with them. Always kind and helpful and really seem to go above and beyond for their tenants. I hope rent under their property management again in the future.

Abc is the best! They took care of any concerns we had...and they were the perfect balance between helping fix things when needed..but also staying out of our hair so to speak and respecting our privacy..we rented from them for approximately 4 years..they were professional
but also kind and understanding..they also always gave us ample notice for inspections or any changes..I cant recommend them enough!

ABC was lovely! They were very responsive to my calls. And very understanding when I put in my 30 days. ( I relocated for work) they weren't bitter or grumpy.
They had my deposit back to me in 30 days! (As requires by law they have 30 days) they were right on point! They even accommodated staying after hours on a holiday to allow me to come pickup my deposit.
The lovely young lady that was working (her name escapes me right now) was professional, courteous and personable! I enjoyed speaking with her and was saddened they would no longer be my management company.
I highly recommend ABC management.
(They were also very willing to work with me when I thought I would have to put in less than a 30 day notice!)
They gave me peace of mind and I appreciate it more than they will ever know!
Thank you to the ABC staff!

Words cannot describe how I feel right now... I have been ooking for a house since the beginning of April for my family and have had the hardest time. I've lived here my whole life I've never had a problem finding a place to live like I have now. I messaged the owner Stephanie, explained my situation to her- she said what are you looking for and where..
I met with Tam this morning to look at a house, the house cannot be more perfect for my family and we got the keys this afternoon! I literally am so grateful, they're both so genuine and so sweet and caring. They are amazing people and I've heard nothing but awesome things about ABC Management. They have no idea how much stress they have lifted off my shoulders and how hard last few months have been trying to find a house.
