Had auto pay set up, they changed the auto pay date without notifying me. Card was in good standings. Wouldn't wave the late fee as apparently it was my fault they changed the date. Changes happen and I'm ok with that, but I'm not ok paying extra because they didn't notify me about the date change.

This place is a nice and quiet place.. Not too crowded. I like how Darien at front desk was very helpful and patient with the issues I was having with my reservation. I like how the company also offer free carts and dollys for our move in as well. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because there was no way for us to cancel a reservation or even go back to the reservation we reserved and actually book the unit. Think yall need to provide a link on the site where we can just type in our reservation number to retrieve that reservation and process it. Overall it was a good experience. Will recommend to friends and family!! Thank you!

I like the convenience of location. I'm not a big fan of the gate being open all the time and not much leeway in an occasional late charge if I forget to get them paid. Fair rules but I'd like a standard grace period like I've had other places but that's not really my complaint. The place is great, kept clean enough to not be a bother and they even have an on site porta potty and they keep open until 10pm which is really convenient to me. They are very attentive of the cameras. Don't seem so but they do well.
I'll give five stars if they get a few more carts on camera and close the gate more often. But I like the unit I got much larger than I expected, a lot of floor but even more up high room and the ability to add industrial racks for storage as long as no holes are put in the wall. Good spot for my family to have these days. Until we move into our new home anyways, we appreciate them.

Our experience setting up our storage unit at ABC was nothing less than perfect. I first talked to Colleen on the phone who helped me find the right size unit. She was very friendly and helpful. Then when we arrived at ABC we were greeted by Vanessa who helped get us setup with all the other details.
I highly recommend ABC mini storage. The facility is very nice, spacious and clean. The staff is great and very helpful. Another great perk is the ability to rent the free moving truck.
If you are in need of a storage unit, you cannot go wrong with ABC Mini Storage!

From the very beginning, their Site Manager Colleen was professional, courteous and helpful. She was polite and patient and the move in process was quick and thorough.

I did a lot of research on the facilities within the area (Auburn/Bonney Lake) and found ABC to have the best rates for the unit size.

Month to month rentals, security gates and cameras, on-site moving supplies for purchase, and even a free box truck for moving your things (just have to pay the gas). Lock for unit was included in rent (3 keys).
Incentives for referrals even. Clean, paved, secure.

I recommend ABC Mini Storage in Pacific WA to anyone looking to rent.

This is the second time we've used ABC Storage in the middle of a move and we are always SO PLEASED with the service we receive from Colleen the Site Manager!
