Abc rentals is probably the worst company to ever rent a property through for one I got evicted und false pretenses then they give me a 28 day notice of eviction when on my lease it is supposed to be 60 days notice. Then when my dad said something they we’re supposed to give me a 60 day notice and they never did then they tried to say that I gave them notice that I will be moving instead of them give me notice Then they didn’t even wait for the time that I was supposed to be out for my addiction and change the locks so I couldn’t get the rest of my stuff out and couldn’t finish cleaning the apartment before I was supposed to be out and now they are trying to say that they are going to take me to court for the cleaning of the apartment when i would of been able to finish cleaning the apartment if the did not change the locks

Rented from them for a year. They were always polite and understanding. I am assuming the reviews that are bad are from people that don’t follow the rules and pay rent on time.
