I have tried to get a hold of a real person at Academy Apartments for over three months, trying on Mondays and Wednesdays when supposedly they have someone in the office. I have left numerous voice mails and have received no returned phone calls. I also noticed over the last couple of years they have had several tarps covering their roof due to what appears protecting from roof leaks.

This place is so unprofessional and needs to be reported, The had a FB page with their email and messaging on it, so I messaged inquiring about any apartments available, Not only did they look at my fb message because it says seen at the bottom but they deactivated the apartment FB page, if there were no apartments the could have just replied nicely no not at this time but I can send you a application. If they can’t do there job with kindness and a caring attitude then the management needs to be replaced, There are so many people that would see a management job as a blessing these days not a burden like this person seems to think. Kindness goes a long way people.
