Not the best experience here. Was issued the gate card keys when we first got here and they did not work when coming in late, was also forced to attach some third party app to our bank accounts here before we could get our keys. Which we removed immediately as soon as we left the office. Parking is terrible here. If you don’t have an assigned spot then parking is just about non existent in the evening time. A lot of stuff they mention you can’t do in the lease people still do with no repercussion. Also had someone park in my assigned spot, was not able to have them towed because the office did not fill out the tow form and send it over to the towing company. Addressed the situation the next morning. They still refused to have it towed so all they attempted to do was give a call to the owner. I personally would not recommend this place as a disabled veteran. Also parents tend to block the entrance with their cars when the bus comes. Making it difficult to enter or leave the premises. Dog park is disgusting, people do not pick up after their dogs. Had to call multiple times to have the park cleaned. I’d recommend looking up north a bit more rather than here. Some pros of this place, quiet, location is convenient.

My experience was very wonderful. Was very happy with how james helped get my apt. And also picked a perfect apt that my mom in wheel chair could come visit me there. As per your assurance, there is sufficient parking available for all residents within the apartment premises. This implies that I should always have a designated place for my car.
However, I have a suggestion and a concern regarding the parking arrangement. If each resident were to park their vehicle in front of their respective apartments, it would not only ensure convenience but also make it easier to identify any unauthorized vehicles in the area.
I would appreciate your thoughts on this matter and look forward to your response.
