Very easy and simple experience. They have an easy to use online portal for maintenance requests making payments etc.

Maintenance requests are normally dealt with in a days time, the boiler needed to be replaced and we didn't have hot water and it was fixed in 2-3 days of the maintenance request. Which, for having to get someone come in to even figure out if it needs to be replaced, then scheduling someone to replace it once it is known, that is pretty much as fast as you can ask for. There was a flickering light-bulb in the kitchen and it was fixed the next day. You get the picture.

Easy to communicate with the employees and they are personable and will answer questions you have (the one I personally was in contact with mostly was Davis, extremely helpful alongside prompt replies).

Would recommend this company if you want a smooth renting experience 👍

Easy to work with staff, and great communication all around. Accent has always been willing to help me with any questions I have and goes above and beyond in explaining the processes in questions to me, Kim and Davis have truly been a blessing. Accent also responds quickly to work orders with the longest I’ve waited being 3 days. Overall a great place to stay, with wonderful staff, service, and amenities.

I am SO grateful to have found this apartment and company! Have been here for multiple years, and the current staff is great! Kim, Robin, Davis have all been very understanding, very personable, very accommodating, very caring and very helpful! Kim even came over to check something AFTER hours simply because she was close and on her way home! I have also talked with Adam multiple times when he has been in the building both during and after hours, and he too has been nice and easy to interact with! Maintenance has also been great! Will is fantastic! So kind, caring, respectful! Chris and Tom are too! Thankfully have not needed them to do things very frequently, however whenever there has been something, they have addressed it and taken care of it very quickly! Thank you ALL SO much! So very grateful!!! Love it here!! 🙏💗

They lie. I had a property manager explain that little lies are ok because it keeps renters and potential renters in line. There is a lot of inner communication issues. One property manager will demand cosigners and stated they would go after all cosigners on a lease in court if needed. The other claimed this wouldn't happen. I think a lot is happening without the owners knowledge. The story they give changes daily. One day they say get ready for full time within a year, and then fire you if you ask when the full time will occur at the end of the year. Overall, they are shady and money hungry. Be careful, especially if you are cosigning for someone.

We are in our 60's and had sold our house. My credit rating got us denied 601 they want 670 told me to pay my 17,0000 debt off and then come back. Ground floor and close to my grandchildren. Helen was not professional as I offered more money to be put down and co signers she said no. Who has that much power to do this to people. I have called and emailed recently because i have a full time job and Helen never responses. Even if I got offered the apartment I don't think we would take it because if she is manager she would give us a hard time. Veteran affairs should get involved. My husband and other veterans get this treatment and the wonder why there are so many homeless
