In the first place, there was no mention of a fee for the bid. Accent Real Estate would have not have asked for him to do an inspection if that was the case.
In actuality, it was not opossums that were infesting the house, but rather raccoons. I had also contacted two other businesses to inspect the property and both provided bids that not only were 1/2 to 1/3 in price of his, but they verified that it was indeed raccoons that were the problem, not opossums.
No invoice for the inspection was ever provided. We only received the bid and his call about the bill for the inspection much later. I then contacted the owner who stated that he had never paid for an inspection for a bid prior in his life.
This man has adjusted the truth in an attempt to get the inspection paid for so that he can recoup some money as his bid was so expensive and was rejected.

Mike Jorgenson called me and hired me to do and inspection for a property he manages at 4312 Avon Lea Dr SE in Lacey for Opossums. I quoted him $125 for the inspection and he told me to go ahead.

I sent him a bid to remove the animals and fix the house along with my invoice for the inspection which he promised to forward to the owner of the house whose name I was never given.

Even thanked me for the bid.

I still have not been paid for the inspection over 6 months later and now he claims he never hired me. This man is a scoundrel and a thief who doesn't honor his agreements.

my husband & I won in Thurston County Civil Court against Mike Jorgenson & the home owner who unfortunately uses him to manage their property... if they don't pay within this week, we will then get judgement to garnish pay, etc.
