I needed a realtor for a rental rather quickly after learning I needed to care for my grandmother. I called many realtors (and read the reviews which you cannot judge or guide you) and Kelly is the only person who called me back that day. He had photos of my property up and had it listed and rented within a week or 10 days it was very fast and exactly what I was looking for. He was forward, direct and clear about the process while answering my questions. I like the dashboard online under owner access and it shows all of the repairs needed which were affordable, local, and honestly better priced than I could find. No need to qualify my experience but I am leaving a positive review because he did an excellent job and I am a happy client.

I do not recommend this property management company. I am a Landlord and worked with Access Real Estate for almost 3 years. Several repairs were scheduled and charged to my account without my approval. My emails and phone calls were not consistently returned when I called the office. I was attracted to use Access Real Estate due to the low setup and monthly fees. However, the limited service they provided was not worth it and I decided to the cancel the agreement. I do not recommend them and will not use them again.

In February I reported to Access Real Estate that majority of the friendly neighbor fence had fallen down due to high winds over the winter. I was told a maintenance crew would look at it and start the work first break in the weather. They looked at it said they would be back on a Thursday and that was the last time I saw the crew. I've called once every other week and still no call from the management company or from maintenance crew and now my A/C is no longer working. Not a very professional group of people and when I called Kelly via the number on the website he yelled " I'm busy with costumers stop blowing up my phone" as though I was not a costumer.

Great place David and Kelly are great people have been one of their tenants for about 3 years now very helpful and always willing to wait You're moving as easy as possible definitely a property management you would like to rent from. location is also handicapped accessible and very convenient parking

Avoid this company by all means, it is a horrible company that breaks all the laws and will rip you off. The places are patched up and they will alter your lease without your knowledge to collect more money from you. The head guy is unprofessional and a crook. You have been warned!
