I Bought three properties from Ace and nothing was as they promised. They walk you through the process very well but they sold me these properties way above market price. The property management company they put me in contact with was horrible. They are good for them because they have hundreds of properties with them but you do not receive the same service. A couple years later and after many complications with the properties I decided to sell all of them. After checking with local real estate agents it was evident I overpaid for these properties. Ace ended up buying back 2 of them but at a huge discount from what they sold to me at. My last property just closed and I took about a 70K hit on that property. These guys sell you on cheap rentals and they do sound enticing compared to expensive areas. But do your own research and contact local real estate agents and do not trust what they tell you to sell the property. They are nice people but in the end they are just salesman.

White glove service from beginning to end. Zenia and Jamie were extremely helpful during the process. They answered any questions I had and worked with me throughout the entire process. I was hesitant at first since this was my first time buying an out of state rental but ACE Properties made every step a breeze. Look forward to doing more business in the future.
