Ace is intelligent, honest, reliable, dependable, educated on house construction, septic laws, she responded promptly always on top of every detail!
She worked tirelessly showing me properties for over three years! We put offers on three before finally getting our home in Loomis. She generously split her commission to work with a local agent in this area- 31/2 hours away from Santa Cruz county.
