I come to the Azzura every week, and I have to say, it always feels like I’m being welcomed home. The staff is amazing—so friendly and professional, and they truly make each time feel special. I have to give a special shout-out to Michael Stevens, though. His warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care set him apart. Azzurra Lobby Attendants

I just have to take a moment to give a heartfelt shoutout to the incredible team of lobby attendants at my condo — Michael Stevens, Fredis Bonilla, and Fidel Torres. The level of care and service they provide goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in building management, and I truly feel grateful to have them as part of my day-to-day life.

Michael Stevens is the embodiment of consistency, dedication, and warmth. No matter the time of day or occasion, including Christmas Day, Michael is always there with a smile and a kind word. He works tirelessly and is so dedicated to his role that you never have to worry about a thing when he’s around. His hard work and commitment are evident in everything he does, and it makes me feel so fortunate to have him as part of our community. What really stands out is his ability to make everyone feel like family — he takes the time to connect with every resident, and he genuinely cares about each one. Every time I see him, I can’t help but feel a sense of happiness and comfort, knowing that he’s there making everything run smoothly. His positive energy is infectious, and he brings a level of care that makes this place feel like home. Michael’s presence is a reminder that there are still people out there who truly love what they do, and that’s a rare and valuable quality.

Fredis Bonilla is honestly one of the most impressive people I’ve ever met, especially when it comes to his work ethic and professionalism. He has this amazing ability to balance warmth and efficiency like no one else I’ve seen. Fredis is incredibly tough and hardworking — you’ll never see him flustered, no matter how busy or tired he may be. He never lets on how much he’s doing behind the scenes, but trust me, he’s always running around, taking care of everything without breaking a sweat. He has this calm, composed demeanor that reminds me of top-tier hospitality professionals, like the ones you’d find at a Ritz-Carlton. The way he handles every request with grace and professionalism is truly something special. On top of that, Fredis remembers every single person’s name and has packages ready and waiting for you, as if he can read your mind. He somehow knows exactly what we need before we even ask, and always with a smile. His attention to detail and work ethic are unmatched — he’s the kind of person who makes you feel valued without ever making you feel like a burden.

Fidel Torres is another wonderful member of the team who brings his own unique touch to the lobby. Not only is Fidel always friendly, helpful, and approachable, but he also has a real knack for brightening your day with personal touches that make him stand out. He offers great recommendations for things to do — whether it's a comedy show, a concert, or just a fun event around town. I’ve had more than a few great nights out thanks to his suggestions! Fidel also has this warm, energetic vibe that makes him such a joy to be around. Even from a distance, he’s always waving and greeting people with a big smile, making sure everyone feels noticed and welcomed, no matter how far away they might be. His enthusiasm and positive energy are contagious, and he has a way of making the entire building feel a little more like a community.

Altogether, this trio has set a new standard for what great condo management should look like. They genuinely go out of their way to ensure residents feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of — far beyond what anyone could expect. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. It’s rare to encounter such a dedicated, caring, and professional team, and I’m incredibly lucky to have them looking after the lobby and building. It’s all about Family!

Living at The Azzurra has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The building itself is amazing with wonderful amenities and great tenants on every corner.

But what truly makes the place stand out more than anywhere else is the personnel and management one deals with daily. I’ve lived in a few places during my life, and this is the first place I can truly tell you that I look forward to seeing everyone at the valet, security, maintenance, management and front desk. And speaking of the front desk, one of my favorite human beings to interact with is Michael Stevens. He is a breath of fresh air every time I see him and all smiles with beautiful energy. We always greet each other with a big hug and he truly makes me feel cared for and looked after.

Whenever anything is needed, be it packages to be picked up or Michael calling to let me know a guest is here to see me – the attitude is top notch and he’s a pleasure to speak to. We all could use more people like Michael Stevens in this world and The Azzurra is very lucky to have such a warm, kind and dedicated man on their staff.

Also doesn’t hurt he’s a huge movie and sports fan like myself so there’s never a dull moment when we talk with one another 🙂

Appreciation post for Angel Nunez, Alejandro Porchas, and Brent Werner. They are always so nice, patient, calming, and helpful whenever they come to service something in my unit. They also put up with my nerdy and sometimes silly questions I ask them on how to prevent future incidents! They always thoroughly explain the problem, fix it, and give me tips on what to do next time. They go above and beyond each time. And are so pleasant to have around. Maintenance issues are always stressful, and having someone in your home can be strange, but they're always so respectful and positive. Thank goodness for Angel, Alejandro, and Brent!

A close neck and neck with shady Ross Morgan management , these people lie, cover things up and generally drop the ball on following upon anything until the very last minute , if and even then you get a follow up. They are also VERY reluctant to investigate new vendors and push the ones who are on their roster even if they do substandard work. Financials are always late and with questionable charges that again , never get followed up on even when asked. Dreadful company, Run a mile! Edit : transparency, that’s rich you withhold information from board members , in fact heard of another instance just last night from a resident that has potential building wide damage and you never passed it onto the board . Such liars.!

I have been a resident at the Azzurra since 2019.

In my time here, the front desk staff and all of the staff in this building have been some of the most wonderful folks I have ever had the pleasure to deal with.

Starting with Michael Stevens, a front desk associate, seeing his warm smile, watching him take care of each resident with love and grace is a pleasure to watch and experience.

You develop great relationships here if you care to. And these folks really have your back. Treat them with the dignity and respect they deserve, and you see it come back ten fold. Isn’t that how life works anyways? Golden rule baby 🙂

Michael doesn’t like his job here. He LOVES it. It’s so apparent with his actions. He’s even told me on numerous occasions. And to see someone so happy in any work setting is always a sight for sore eyes. And it’s contagious in the best way.

As a person who owns their own business and has their own customer service team, I know a star when I see one.

So many individuals here at The Azzurra deserve a great review and I mean to get to each of them eventually!
