My husband and I purchased our first home with the help of Adam and Michelle in 2016 and had a great experience. When we were ready to sell we had no doubt that we wanted to use their services again. We just had a baby and the thought of selling a house seemed very stressful. Adam met with us and told us exactly what we needed to do to get our house ready for the market. Once we finished the prep Adam and Michelle took over and it was the most amazing stress free process in the world. They have so much knowledge about this industry and know exactly what to do to get your house to sell fast and for a great price. We got an offer in less than a week at exactly what we were hoping to sell for. There were a few hiccups during escrow from the buyers, but Adam and Michelle took care of everything behind the scenes so my husband and I were never stressed about anything. We never thought selling a house would be a smooth or easy process, but with Adam and Michelle it was.

We would HIGHLY recommend using Andrus Estates. The team is so friendly, knowledgeable, great with communication, and will fight for you to get exactly what you want.

Working with Adam and Michelle completely changed our opinion on the value of a realtor. Adam and Michelle were so helpful in finding us the perfect home in 2015. Unfortunately, 2 years after purchasing the home, we were relocated to the east coast, and needed to sell the home immediately. Adam & Michelle made it happen quickly, and easily overcame some obstacles in the selling process.
