One of their agents, Mick Pfaff, keeps sending unsolicited email despite numerous requests to remove me from his email list. When I call this office to report this to the broker during normal business hours, nobody answers the phone. I simply get a recorded "please enter your phone number".

Do you really want to do business with a firm that can't answer the phone with a proper greeting, and hires agents who don't honor federal communications laws regarding SPAM?

I don't.
