I'm so glad we chose Adara at SeaTac as our home! The office team, especially Chardonnay, Mary, Kara, and Mica, are incredibly friendly and efficient. They always address any concerns promptly and make us feel like part of the community. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with top-notch community amenities that make living here a dream! Some of our favorites include:

- Movie Theater room - we love hosting movie nights!
- The Fitness Center with smart technology equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and more.
- The Yoga & Spin Studio - a great way to stay active and zen
- The Golf Simulator and Virtual Reality Room - so much fun for game nights!
- The Resident Café - definitely saves me money on Starbucks!
- The Rooftop Courtyard with BBQ grills - perfect for socializing and taking in the views

"I've had an exceptional experience living at Adara at SeaTac! The office staff, particularly Chardonnay, Mary, Cara, and Mica, have been absolutely fantastic. They're always professional, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, thanks to the hardworking cleaning crew. I'm also impressed with the gym facilities - they're top-notch!

While the approval process may take some time, it's well worth the wait. What truly stands out is the sense of community here. The office staff goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and valued. They even know each resident by name! I feel so grateful to call Adara at SeaTac my home. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give it 10 if I could!"

Units & building amenities are nice & well maintained. Shout out to Mica for being the best PM around; Maintenance team is great too. Elevators are annoying, but that's no ones fault. Overall enjoyed my time at Adara

These are seriously the best apartments I’ve ever lived in! If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. The staff is super friendly, and the cleaning lady here is incredible. She works so hard to keep everything spotless, and it always shows. You can see she genuinely cares about keeping Adara clean.

The amenities are awesome: a great gym, a gorgeous movie theater with a cool atmosphere, a coffee room with a big balcony, and a nice view. Everything is brand new and super clean.

The location is perfect right by the light rail, and the post office, which makes life so convenient. There’s also a park nearby and a few basketball courts, so it’s easy to get outside and enjoy the area.

Honestly, I don’t get why people say it’s unsafe here. Sure, some parts of Tukwila aren’t the best, but there are security guards here all night, and I’ve always felt safe. The parking lot is huge, which makes parking super easy. The only thing I’d change is having the gym open later, maybe 24/7 or at least until 2 a.m., since it closes at 10 p.m.

I lived here for a year, and it was the most disappointing experience. The elevator was out of service almost every month, and I had to climb stairs regularly. The fire alarm would go off at any random time for “tests,” even in the middle of the night, which was incredibly disruptive and stressful. The new manager is a disaster. She is rude, disrespectful, and completely incompetent, which ruined the atmosphere in the complex. The staff used to be great, but now everything is much worse.

Parking problems were another huge issue. The garage was often out of order, and when I parked outside, my car was towed. I paid $478 for towing, even though my car was parked for just a few hours, and the towing lot was 5 miles away. When I asked why my car was towed, I was told the manager gave the order. This wasn’t a coincidence; it seems like the manager is profiting from these situations.

I was deeply disappointed with this place. Constant issues with the elevator, fire alarms, parking, and the terrible attitude of the manager made my stay here extremely uncomfortable. This is definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Great apartments, and maintenance team, amazing people who are hard working and instantly raise the mood who work at the leasing office, but no guest wifi, unbelievable.. What is the purpose of the amenities if I cant do work outside my room number. other than no guest wifi, 10/10 apartments, very quiet & amazing location, great security, this is a no junkies zone security guard outside makes sure of this, great neighbors, very clean, good vibe, thanks Adara

I’ve been taking over care of a puppy for a loved one who has passed. I’ve been meaning to put the puppy into a shelter but- life. I let the puppy relieve itself on the courtyard and clean up after it ALWAYS. Management found out about this and retaliated by charging me a pet fee, pet deposit, will be charging me for every poop bag found, will be charging me hourly to have the courtyard pressure washed because the “smell is unbearable” when you literally can’t smell dog pee or poop because like I said.. I always water down and pick up after the puppy. No one uses the court yard because of all the spiders and webs but they’re pressed about a puppy going potty.. They’re money driven. To immediately charge a tenant instead of issuing a warning is insane when the elevators are ALWAYS FILTHY, smelly, and always out of service. They have bigger things to prioritize and put their money towards but are focused on a courtyard that looks and smells presentable. They don’t respond to your emails unless it’s convenient for them. The neighborhood is ghetto, there are cops who show up weekly.. There was a shooting since I moved in, in June 2024. I wish someone wrote a more thorough review before I moved in. Definitely do your research on the neighborhood before you consider moving here.
