I am so glad I did my research and found Affordable Corporate Suites in Waynesboro. We planned a long weekend to see a local play, the town Christmas parade, Swannanoa Palace, and a few antique stores. I know I read so many reviews of different places - (high end, BnB, chain hotels , etc) to stay and I was beginning to get discouraged. Then I got lucky and found this. It sounded perfect, just what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, roomy, in a very quiet part of town, but not so far out that it was a hassle. Mel and June do a fabulous job, and the number of longer-staying guests proves it. An added plus is the view of the mountains from the front. We will be returning!

So I been here for 3 months so far and Mel has been amazing and our housekeeper is so sweet. Mel really takes the time and understand what you need and she will do her best to accommodate. The best thing about Affordable Suites is that it's your home. You get a real key and your safe. The rooms are so quiet I have neighbors on both sides of me and didn't even know it. Everyone is friendly and is truly a hidden gem and for me is very affordable. 🥰

The hotel manager took our credit card authorization form that was for one of our workers, and crossed out his name and put a different workers name, because one of our managers made the mistake of calling the hotel without getting authorization from the department paying for the room. And then the hotel still charged us for 31 days when our workers were not there longer than 4-6 days.

This place really came in a time of need. Mel truly is a great manager, very responsive and takes care of things on the spot. The location is great and the rooms are cozy and well equipped. Rates are pretty affordable and include everything. I recommend Affordable Suites Waynesboro for your short and not so short stays.

I have been at ACS for almost a month in a standard suite, while I wait to be able to move into a new place. It has been one of my better experiences staying in a hotel/extended stay. When I checked in, the room was very clean, pillows were fluffed, and there were plenty of towels provided. The kitchenette is fully stocked with everything needed to cook/eat/ and then clean up. As far as the property there is a little pavilion/ grill area for cooking out, laundry, and an ice machine on site. Mel is very nice, and readily available for anything you may need/questions you may have. There is minimal traffic going in/out and It’s relatively quiet. It has been perfect for what we were needing, and it’s very affordable in comparison to ALL the other stays in the area.

great management and staff helpful and friendly. the rooms were very clean and spacious the full kitchenette was great too. and the mountain view on both sides of the room were amazing. we had a family of deer pass right in front of us while enjoying outside at night. would def dec and stay here again. all for good price

It's been great staying here. The suites are very nice and it has a great location right next to the movie theater. That means you don't have to travel far at all to enjoy a night out. Mel (the manager) and Susan (the housekeeper) are both very nice and are great at their jobs. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

I had an outstanding stay at the Affordable Corporate Suites location in Waynesboro, Virginia while on a week-long hiking vacation in and around Shenandoah National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway (both just a few minutes drive away). My room was spacious, spotless and impressively well-decorated. The location is quiet, convenient to restaurants and grocery stores (and hiking trails) and the management could not have been nicer. Highly recommended!
