I’ve been living at here for 6-Months, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or needs. The pool, hot tub and gym are always clean. My unit is modern and spacious. The location is another big plus. It’s close to campus, making it incredibly convenient for me to get to school. I personally enjoy living here and will be renewing my lease.

I currently live here and every single day I am dreading it and begging to leave. I absolutely adore Allison and the previous receptionist Zonicka but I hate these apartments in general. I would not recommend to college students because you legally cannot leave the lease unless you can prove the apartment has not been handling cleanliness properly or violated some laws but me and my roommates will be damned if we lose another night of sleep and our sanity in this apartment.

My roommates and I have been complaining about the same few things since we moved here and it has yet to be handled. We have asked to move units and they have denied that request multiple times. 2 of my roommates have already moved out because the living conditions are terrible. We have been begging for changes and of course nothing gets done. Instead the CAM charges keep increasing for absolutely nothing lol. I make sure to document and keep all of our bills, correspondence and complaints because this apartment complex acts so clueless when you need things done.

We lose sleep every night dealing with bugs and drainage issues. We were never given the chance to inspect our actual unit before moving in and the apartment went out of their way to show me an apartment in a different building when I did come to inspect. Claiming our apartment was not ready. When we first moved in the ac would leak on the kitchen floor, there were numerous roach sightings within the first couple of days and the parking is absolutely ridiculous. This is the nastiest place I have ever lived and the owners couldn’t care less about how their tenants live. I have proof of my family asking if we could move units in the event of any major incident and we were told yes, they gave us the run down, let us know we would have to find another person to take the lease, our deposit would go to the new unit and so on but when we asked for that option… let’s just say we’re still sitting in the same nasty apartment.

I’m at the point where I’m legally going to address this because it’s disgusting and I have hated every moment of living here. We haven’t even put furniture in our living room yet because of how bad it is. Every time we report bug sightings, harassment from neighbors, or any other issue they spin the situation around on us as if it’s our fault, but we have spoken to many tenants that agree this building is the nastiest and unkept. You cannot live here comfortably at all and they definitely will not be getting another lease out of us. I’ve had multiple people come inspect this apartment and they all agree my roommates and I are very clean and not the problem.

In one of our bathrooms the water is completely backed up, there’s water just floating in the bathtub, we found a roach in our freezer, dishwasher and drawers within the first 2 months of living here and possibly saw bedbugs to which we were told “you probably brought them with you” and we had to get our own pest control. Never once seen a bed bug in all my years of living. I don’t live like that and I highly suggest other tenants with OCD don’t move here.

We were never told we were being put in the 345 building until we moved in, the lease was wrong when we first got it, anything you can think is wrong with this place it is. I actually kept all videos and documentation of the apartment we did see, the original lease, documentation of how many times I have reported and seen bugs and so on. Then they trap you in this lease, raise prices up on you and can’t even bother to clean these apartments. On my floor there is one unit specifically that was been getting fumigated since August when we moved in. The halls absolutely stink and that’s only because they put all the college students in one building.
I also think it’s so dumb to have a valet trash service with carpet in the halls and the trash sits there for hours… that’s definitely where the roaches come from and I’ve been told downtown Tucson has a bug problem. I’ve been to other apartments down here and ours is by far the worst one.

Do not rent from this apartment complex. I’ve had the worst experience here. They are full of excuses, never listen to your concerns, and refuse to fix anything. If you terminate your lease early, you’ll have to pay all remaining rent, a hefty fine, and a massive late fee. They completely ignore any issues you bring up. On top of that, if you're late on rent, they won’t just charge you a late fee. They’ll also hit you with an additional $250 fee, claiming it’s because they didn’t meet their own promises. I strongly urge you not to sign a lease here. Leasing office people, do not reply to this comment.

Don’t trust the photos — the actual apartments look at least 10 years older than the pictures. As soon as you step into the hallway, there’s a horrible musty smell mixed with garbage odors. Every time I mention a concern, the leasing office agent just repeats, "I cannot help you," offering no solutions whatsoever. Recently, when I was seriously unwell, they mocked me with a rude, “So what?” attitude. The noise is unbearable — sirens blare at night, and people party outside constantly. If you’re a student or need a quiet space to study, do not move in here. The building reeks of smoke, with tenants constantly smoking weed and cigarettes inside, and the smell sticks to the walls and doors. It’s absolutely disgusting.

The management agents are extremely rude and unresponsive. You have to send 10 emails to get a single reply, and even then, their responses are incredibly disrespectful. Whenever I bring up an issue, they claim they “missed it because they’re busy,” but it’s clearly just an excuse. I’ve never dealt with people this irresponsible. Police are frequently called, and there’s a club nearby, which makes the area feel unsafe. You’ll witness crime scenes regularly. Maintenance workers entered my apartment without notice, left my bathroom filthy with footprints all over, and didn’t inform me. I returned to find my door locked when I hadn’t locked it, and when I called, they admitted maintenance had come in. They didn’t leave any notice or clean up after themselves.

If I could, I would sue the management for everything they’ve done. I can’t wait to leave, and I strongly urge you to avoid this place. Leasing office people, do not reply to this comment.

I will spread this review everywhere, and I’m warning everyone not to trust the occasional 5-star reviews you see. Those are all fake and manipulated. This place is overpriced, and I’ve never lived in a worse apartment in my entire life. You have been warned. Leasing office people, do not reply to this comment.

And to answer your comment below; bullshit- I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way I’ve been treated by your leasing office, especially considering my serious health condition. Despite my respectful and clear communication about my situation, neither your supervisor nor anyone else from the office gave me a proper response when I reached out. I sent multiple emails explaining my circumstances, only to be completely ignored. When I requested assistance, not only was my request dismissed, but my English was openly mocked instead of being met with any effort to provide help.

I’ve lived in the U.S. long enough to know that, in general, people at least make an effort to listen when someone is going through a tough situation. However, the staff in your leasing office have been exceptionally rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. Your team, led by your supervisor, completely disregards residents and treats them poorly, which is the reason I’m so upset. At no point did I ask for special treatment. I simply asked for consideration given my condition, but instead, Allison, one of your staff members, rudely told me to stop calling. Have I been calling too much? I don’t believe so.

Instead of making excuses and continuing this unacceptable behavior, I expect a sincere apology for how this situation was handled.

In simple words “stay away”. If you want to experience the essence of rent fraud deal with this place.
First thing. The name is misleading and you think you are getting a place in 350 E congress st. To find yourself in 345 E congress st. An old building that was renovated in a cheap manner using cheap materials. Paper thin walls and cheap doors. Elevator is outdoor and has dog piss all the time. No place to stop a car to load or unload anything and the cherry on top. The freight train running through your bedroom 24X7 which no one tells you about.
Of course if you live there you will notice the shootings and police presence in the street and since the building doors are wide open the fire alarms being triggered in the middle of the night for fun

And of course there is a bounce. Ignorant front desk employees who play stupid and I doubt they know how read.
In short. Keep as far as possible and go to the many other great places in Tucson.

My wife lives here and I pay a visit here from time to time. I just had to leave a review based on my and my wife's experience so far.

Guess how much fine you'll get to pay if you are a day late in paying rent - it would be $500. I mean if that is the case, wouldn't you actually want your tenants to be late rather than on time? What a great business man. Remarkable. Best business model I've seen so far in my career.

Also heard a horror story from a friend whose lease was already over but yet the late rent fines were continuing to pile up.

Probably the worst walls in terms of sound proof. You can literally listen to next room's conversation word by word. My wife's neighbor was a party animal who regularly made crazy noises at late hours. Well good luck talking to the management. You'll need to send at least 10 emails to get a single reply. And guess what that reply says? I can't help you.

The hallways are always so dirty and smell awful. Complaints? Good luck, because they "can't help you."

So many tenants smoke weed and cig inside the building. Complaints? Good luck because they "can't help you." Only if you are lucky enough to get a reply by the way.

The neighborhood is not safe. You'll hear sirens frequently. Meet drunk and high people around building all the time.

Last but not least, the management people are just horrible. Worst quality people you can ever imagine. Unresponsive. When responsive, extremely rude. English isn't my wife's first language. When I saw how you folks treated my wife on the phone, I was just furious. You guys were basically mocking her language and were asking to just hang up because they "can't help you." Please don't even leave a reply to this review thanking me for a feedback.

The list can go on and on and on but I'll stop here. Don't ever believe the fake five star reviews. If I had the time I'd sue these folks.

Same day responce to maintenance calls.
4 Stars due to dirty hallways and their stained and dirty carpeting and the now resolved serious elevator issues.
5 stars: The first floor is spotless and more importantly are the excellent employees.

You gotta be aware of the noise level of this complex before signing a lease. You will never find out how noisy it is gonna get during daytime apartment touring. Preferably, you need to stand on the congress side of the apt at friday-sunday 10pm to understand the noise level you will be getting for the whole year. Unless you are facing the pool, you will be forced to listen to whatever the local bar djs feel like playing that night till 2am. The local clubs dont care and WILL blast their music, especially one club that starts with H, you WILL feel like you are living IN a college club every single weekend.
I will recommend this complex to hearing impaired persons only.

Do NOT do business with these liars. They will waste your time and gaslight you. Extremely unprofessional. We said from the very beginning we needed a short term rental - after weeks of asking for the lease agreement, call after call chasing these people, we were given an agreement for 12 months b/c they “didn’t have any more short term rentals”. We almost signed it, thank goodness we didnt. They are crooks!
