She was extremely sensitive with the fact that this was my husbands childhood home and the feelings associated with it. She was always very responsive to our questions, giving honest answers we had. She had great recommendations on someone who could take care of rehabbing the home to get it ready to sell. Since we do not live in the area, finding someone to trust to handle everything for us was important. Monica was great in handling a lot of those details and always was very happy to help. I believe her honest opinion on what needed to be done and details that wouldn’t make a difference was the reason we got multiple offers and ultimately was the reason the home sold for well over asking price!
