Dawn in the office is extremely rude and not to just me other tenants that have had to deal with her rather on the phone or email never a good experience. This company acts as if they are against the tenants. My first interactions were positive they were helpful when I got into a financial bind and worked with me to avoid eviction but since that has been cleared up they talk to other tenants about my personal. Now they are making me jump through hoops over a service dog I got for a medical condition ,which I have now contacted the landlord /tenant division because I am not going to be pushed around over every issue anymore with this company. As far as like maintenance issues they are on it and their maintenance guy is 100! But as far as making it very difficult to be a tenant and making it a stressful living if you have to interact with them for most everything, this is not the company to use . The property owner here is definitely nothing like the company she chose to run her rentals. Every tenant in my complex is unhappy with this company and unhappy living here since the owner took on this company. Agilon doesn’t care you can move out is their attitude. I simply stopped text messaging option with them and got an email saying my tenancy will be discussed because I opted out and didn’t provide them a new phone number … petty!! Email contact and obviously knowing my address apparently wasn’t enough they felt harassing me about a phone number was appropriate. Bottom line if you want to live without being stressed out or harassed or bullied basically think twice about renting thru this company.

STOP! Dont proceed forward with Agilon Properties!!
As mentioned in all older reviews, Teresa is an agent of the owner. There are 2 sides of the story always. In case of Agilon properties, the good side is always the owner's side.
Teresa (maybe a good lady but) is a glorified paper pusher and not really a Real estate agent. Her job is limited to passing your message to the property owner and sending back their response to you. Unfortunately, all the properties that she manages (at least the one I rented), have bad owners. Instead of educating the owner or mediating the process, she just communicates the messages between owner and tenants.
I will not go into the details on what exactly happened with us, but in a nut shell, our experience was same as all the other tenant feedback already shared on Google reviews. We are at a point where we are considering filing a law suite.

If you are a property owner looking to earn some rental income, this is probably the best option for you. However, if you are a renter looking for a rental property, I would suggest you stay away from this company. You can take care of the property as if it’s your own and keep it in the best possible shape, you’d still be lucky to receive 50% of your deposit. Agilon has little to no regard for your privacy, as they are committed to going the extra mile for the property owners.

We have not had the experience that we are seeing that other people claim to have had with this business. In fact, we really liked Agilon Properties a lot. We were also referred to Agilon Properties by other people who liked them. I would like to say that there is always TWO SIDES to a story. the renters’ story, AND the OWNER’S story. To keep everything neutral, I would like to say that every renter from hell that we have had, this company has handled it very well. I need to say no more.

If anyone is looking for a good management business to take care of their rental(s), this IS the place to call. I did a lot of research on the different companies and found that most companies only want your business, and that’s about it. Agilon Properties is a business with people who you get to know and it is more of a personal catering to with your rentals. They DO listen, they DO communicate effectively, and they DO get things done.

We had some pretty tough renters in the past. As you know, renters flat do not care about where they live and they usually tear up the place, and YOU have to pay for it. That has been our experience. With Agilon Properties, they take care of all of it, maintenances and all, while keeping your costs to a low minimum. What I really liked the most about Agilon Properties, were the working and business relationships that developed throughout the years. If they made a mistake, or overlooked anything, they are always up front about it. I really liked this. This is a great business to call on and trust. We have had absolutely no problem with Agilon Properties. It’s a tough job, but they have always handled any renter from hell that we have had. And very professionally.

Theresa was more than willing to entertain all the questions I had and was very communicative as far as explaining next steps and the process we needed to go through. We are moving within the week and we are very excited to continue working with Agilon.

Agilon properties is the most unprofessional rental company I have ever delt with. We just moved out of one of their rentals. They charged us for a cracked window that was cracked when we moved in. The screen on the front door replaced that had holes in it when we moved in. We told them that my daughter was coming to get a few items that were outside they threw them away. Last summer Teresa came into our home and started to take pictures of our personal belongings. I told her that was enough of the picture taking. You envading my personal space. Came into my house to check for a grow operation. What would make her think that.

This company seems very unprofessional in my opinion. I called last week to set up and appointment to view one of their properties. The lady I talked to said they had just been at the property for a viewing so the soonest they could get out there would be in a week. I agreed and set the appointment. Fast forward to today (my appointment day) I show up at the property and nobody is there to show me around. I wait a little while and then call the office to find out when they person is going to be there to show me the property. I am told oh I'm sorry that property was rented yesterday. That's all fine and dandy but nobody called me to let me know they would be canceling my appointment due to the property being rented. A courtesy call would've ben nice I drove an hour to view this property. Very very unprofessional of them.

I've been renting from them for about 6 months now. Very professional and responsive to problems when they arise. For the most part they communicate well. Typically when I put in any sort of work order or mention an issue to management it is taken care of next day. Hope to continue to have a pleasant tenancy.
