My husband and I interviewed Erica in January of 2024 to begin a focused search for our first home investment property. Lorin Ruttenburg and the entire team ARE AMAZING! I live out of state and I had been going through a challenging time and was trying to sell my parent's home in Mid-City L.A. I interviewed several agents and selected Lorin and Ahead of the Curve Homes as my realtors. Lorin was there for me, with no judgment, just full support.
