Excellent facility! The rates are fair and competitive and the staff has been supportive and a pleasure to deal with. My 10 x 30 unit is perfect for my needs with a high ceiling and plenty of space. There's a lot of wisely used space in the entire yard, no concerns about being able to navigate with large trucks and trailers. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best storage business I have ever used. The employees are professional and personable, and everyone I have spoken to there goes above and beyond the call of duty. Once I forget to lock my unit and they called me an hour later and helped me secure it until I could get back there. Everytime I dealt with them, I knew I was talking to someone who really cared. 100% recommend them, and will absolutely work with them again. I suggest their services to all my

Scammers through and through. They will add charges to your bill and make you jump through hoops to get it fixed. They’re so crooked they raised the “accidental” charges on my bill AFTER I made it clear they charged me for coverages that I declined. Their soul dwells where the sun don’t shine.

Great storage place with U-Haul on site. Units are clean, secure, and dry, including the storage containers. Prices are excellent and staff are very helpful.

Edit: 11/1/2022 I unexpectedly received a full refund 13 months after leaving this review. I think it's commendable that airport self storage went through their reviews and made things right for this isolated incident. Updating my review to 4 stars.

Here's a review worthy experience... Storages are hard to come by in 2021. We planned ahead and rented a 10x20 unit about 1.5 months in advance from Tammy. We paid for over a month of rent - $224. I chose this place since I grew up a few blocks away.

When we showed up, we were given a 10x10 by mistake. Fortunately, Tammy was able to fix that issue, blaming it on her other employee. However, she said our storage needed maintenance so she instructed us to not install our lock yet. So we left town with our unit rented, our proprietary lock that we were required to purchase from her, and prepared for our big move.

Fast-forward, and we're headed back to Port Angeles on a multi-hour road trip. We called to pay our next month's rent since we only had 3 days left before being subjected to a late fee. Tammy answered and told us that our unit number was being rented by another customer... Even volunteering the customer's full name. She claimed her 'other employee' assumed that we no longer wanted the unit, since there was no lock. No other large units were available. We didn't receive any notifications. If they called, they didn't leave any voicemails... smh... 🤦‍♂️

I don't recommended trusting this storage company to help with big life events such as a move. I don't think it's right to kick out a paying customer without notifying them, nor is it right to reveal the name of the tenant that rented your unit out from under you. I'm now tasked with trying to figure out what to do with my stuff, since there are no large storage units available in the area.

To Tammy: I know your paperwork clearly states "No Refunds" but I think it's only fair in this case, especially since you make it clear that your other employee is to blame. In the mean time, I'm going to have to keep this 1 star review up as a warning to potential customers about said employee.
