Very easy experience, from start to finish.
I had a property line dispute with a neighbor, so AK Lands quickly responded to my request (they were very responsive the entire process) and came out within the week.

The work done was great - well marked, very clean and visible marking, and the guy waited around to see if I had any questions/concerns.

Stacy Wessel was such an awesome realtor to work with! She was always thorough and concise with all the paperwork. I love how she takes her time and never rushes me. I've had other realtor before where they were pushy and just wanted to get things done and out of the way, not Stacy. She's always making sure that it's exactly what and how I wanted it. I thought I was kinda giving her a hard time but she was always patient and giving it her all. I would love to work with her again in the future.
