I am an Owner Rez user for my condo that we rent out in Gulf Shores, AL. When I was in my beginning phase of setting up my property, Owner Rez felt overwhelming. Susan with Alavhr held my hand through each step of the process! She taught me so much about the technology as a whole. This is a priceless service she offers to people interested in using Owner Rez. She offers one on one assistance even with me living remote. She dedicates a lot of time and compassion to making sure you will feel comfortable with the software. We have received a majority of our rentals through Alabama Vacation Home Rentals. Guests prefer using this site as there are no "traveler fees" and they can communicate with the owners directly. The pricing is a great value and we have not experienced any web site issues. There was a little learning curve but Susan is great! Extremely responsive to any of our needs and always there to assist. Give them a try. Nothing to lose and big savings over some of the other vacation rental sites.

I used to use VRBO for my condo rental (Fort Morgan area) but when they started putting in all their fees and "dinging" owners for stuff, I got fed up. About that time Alabama Vacation Home Rentals came into being and I jumped onto their platform (I'm number 26 - not quiet the first but close!) and haven't looked back. They are a great value - don't add fees, very professional and supper responsive. I've never emailed and not gotten a response back in a timely manner. Their website is great quality and easy to use. I would recommend them a million times over those other vacation rental websites!
