Whether through zoom or through the pre recorded classes, if it weren’t for Alaska Academy of Real Estate I wouldn’t have been able to fit all the classes into my limited schedule.

Theresa's real estate class is fantastic, it really is. She is a master and has a wealth of real estate knowledge beyond what is simply necessary to get through the real estate exam. You are studying from the book for much of the class, but Theresa knows summarize a subject and when to drill into a topic a bit. I thoroughly enjoyed the class, and I passed my test on the first try which I attribute to the excellent class.

I just finished a 40 hour class with Teresa J. Block. Teresa taught the class with a spark of humour, her approach to teaching helped me retain a large scale of new information; I highly recommend taking this class from her. Pre-licensing hours are required to become a licensed real estate sales agent, might as well be with a top notch educator.

Teresa is a wonderful teacher and makes learning an enjoyable experience. In this modern world it is great to have such talent at a local level. I can not recommend her any higher for any level whether you are just starting out in the business or if you are like me with over 45 years of experience.
