Best storage company I've ever used, no B.S., despite issues that could affect any business. I needed a storage unit real fast and real cheap and their price was same price for a 10x10 as other places were charging for a 5x10 and smaller. It took about 20 minutes to get signed up online and we had access to the unit that day. Unit was clean and the yard was easy to get into and out of no bums or stragglers hanging around. Customer service was always very attentive and responsive and they were willing to work with us on stuff. Conveniently located just off the parks but not out in the middle of the road where people can see your storage. If you need a spot to park your s**; Mike and them'll take care of you.

What an amazing company! The owners are 1st class all the way. Also very kind hearted. During the middle of covid, when the company couldn't afford the storage payment anymore. They worked with us, so that we didn't lose our stuff!! You want a safe place for your belongings. With coded gates and security cameras. Not to mention 1st class customer service! Well look no further! These are the people you want to rent from! Highly recommended 5 star. Thank you Alaska Rent-online self-storage!!

This is a fantastic facility. Locking coded gate. Great 24 hr access. Easy to set up rental. I was able to do from my phone and done within minutes rather than driving into somewhere.

They are worth checking out as I was there today getting my unit it was fast they were very helpful and friendly and let us know about all the security upgrades and adds they have done and still doing and it is a perfect place for my valuables and memories to be were I feel they are safe. You guys are great.
