This place also is connected with North bay at Lake Arrowhead.
In my opinion you should save your money.
The upkeep at Lake Arrowhead was HORRIBLE..
With no follow up response from them when I submitted a letter of complaint, and photos to substantiate my concerns.
Make your own decision, but if this is the way they manage their properties, your money would be better spent somewhere else.

Management (at least for the CO division) has serious problems with communication. When asked to provide information about payment of my HOA dues after 3 weeks of emailing and leaving voicemails I have had no response. I called the main office and discussed the situation with an employee who then transferred me again to the original employee's voicemail of whom I had just said wasn't been responding.

I too have been having a terrible time with communication I do not know if this company does not want to sell these timeshares but I cannot get a deal done no matter how hard I try and I have been very serious about my inquiries
