I had the most incredible real estate experience with Aleia in April of 2024. I was relocating from Vero Beach, Florida to Cottonwood, Arizona. I have to say that never in my wildest dreams would I have thought a realtor would go to the extent that this beautiful agent went to for me! Let me list the unbelievable things she did for me: First of all, after emailing me several listings to view, she went by the properties and video taped the inside and surrounding neighborhood to give me the overall view. Then when I decided on my favorites, she set up viewing appointments, and when I came to town she spent 2 days showing me around. Standard real estate procedure, until we closed. Then the UNBELIEVABLE happened. Aleia picked me up from Flagstaff airport, took me to an awesome lunch, brought me to my empty new home (I had to wait a few days for my moving van) bought patio furniture from the sellers as a closing gift, arranged for a blow- up bed, brought me linens, had a beautiful floral arrangement, fresh fruit, water, cookies, a bottle of wine with wine glasses!! I have never experienced such over the top, generous, caring attention on a professional level. By the way, I have been a realtor for 40 years, this angel of a realtor is the very best I have ever seen, and I know she will be more than you would ever expect. I would highly recommend her to any buyer or seller. Thank you Aleia, for making my cross country move so memorable and bearable.
