We cannot say enough about the incredibly competent and tireless service Alex and his staff provided our family as we navigated the very challenging sale of my Mother’s home in Orange County. We live out of state and, as such, Alex and his professional group of associates had the daunting task of readying the home for sale with little assistance from us. They provided everything we needed from start to finish, a one-stop shop, if you will –- from home inspection to clean-up and haul-away to experienced contractors who provided the upgrades we needed to ready the home for sale at a reasonable cost. My wife and I purchased a North Orange County home in 2021; he represented the seller. This is a legitimate account of my experience working with him.

For the following reasons, I would avoid him at all costs:

1. The sellers showed up during our home inspection and started distracting our inspector from doing the job we hired him to do while giving us reasons for why certain things in the house were the way they were. Ridiculous.
2. The sellers also showed up and interrupted our final walkthrough. This can't be a coincidence.
3. The sellers intended to leave the refrigerator for us. The day escrow closed, the fridge was gone. It was "borrowed" (stolen) by someone who worked for Alex, without the seller's permission. I requested for it to be returned & reinstalled. It was eventually returned, but instead of reinstalling it, it was just lazily dropped off on the doorstep to bake in the hot summer sun for days.
4. Immediately after escrow closed, without asking permission or giving us any notice, he mailed a promotional advertisement to all 94 of our neighbors that included our exact address and the exact price our home sold for. While not specifically illegal (since this is public information), I believe Alex was incredibly inconsiderate and unnecessarily infringing on our right to privacy. This mailer led to a handful awkward conversations with our new neighbors that we were trying to build relationships with.
5. Months after escrow closed, when I kindly requested that he remove photos of my home from his website, he unnecessarily gave me grief about it over the phone and tried to argue that there were other websites doing the same thing.

We're glad we went with Alex to help sell our house. We chose him because he has a marketing mindset and presented a very smart and logical strategy for listing and selling.

We were in a tight spot - we had only owned our house for 2 years but needed to sell, and we had already invested a lot into remodeling. Our biggest fear was that we would lose money on the sale and come out worse off.

We gave Alex what we needed to sell for to cut even, and he was able to sell our house above that amount, so to our surprise we came out making some money on the sale (fees included).

The house was only on the market for 2 weeks before going into escrow. From the time we first met with Alex, we dropped off the keys and got our money in under 2 months.

Alex has a full team that manages a lot of the marketing and listing, but it was nice that we had direct access to his email and cell.

I had worked with Alex's agents over a period of 9 months visiting over 15 homes in that time period. They have always been super responsive and responded whenever I had a question. They had recommended me away from a few bad decisions on home offers upon hearing about the condition of the home and had always focused on making sure it wasn't just a good sale to them, but a good one for me to live in. Any concerns I had were promptly resolved but their excellent staff.

When we finally reached escrow, their assistant Julie Nguyen was by far one of the most pleasant and efficient people I had an opportunity to deal with during my whole home buying process offering plenty of advice on areas she understood and whom to ask when it was not.
