Matt the property manager is very much an out going person and extremely helpful with all of the housing needs. The grounds are well kept up, the neighborhood is quite, and the location gives us a great access to most of Columbia. We're looking forward to the next year of our renewed lease.

I have had the worst experience ever with compass pointe complex the manager Matt is not in compliance with the company I moved out before my lease was up because he is never in the office we didn’t do walk thru until feb 1st now he is refusing to give deposit back and stated several times he would pay me out of his pocket on different occasions now he states that the check was sent but there is no check for my deposit he even stated he would void check and have it sent to him and it would be his.he is very unprofessional. He even went as far as calling the police because I was inquiring about my deposit calling several times.he has changed his story several times told me to meet him on Thursday and Sunday to pay me my deposit out of his pocket.after my bathroom was filled with mold the entire time of my stay there where I showed videos and it still didn’t get fixed. I couldn’t even shower in my apartment due to me getting sick from the mold and mildew. I have videos of the bathroom. But is refusing to give me my deposit.ive reached out several times to the corporate three days and have not received a call back as of yet to resolve the issue.The answering service has took a message for corporate to call me back for 3 days and nobody will return my call. What is going on with this company.The email that is left is not a valid email.I need to speak with someone immediately.i also have the video of the landlord stating he would get my deposit back to me .please contact me somebody please to get this taken care of.

We have lived at midtown Plaza Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri for a year everything was going fine with the previous manager Tiffany. She had stated the issues she’s had with upper management and the reason she would informed us that she was leaving.

Insert new manager Audriana Who is a complete wreck of a manager incompetent very rude and knowledgeable. God how does she even get this position? Is she family We have a new maintenance man. It seems every month the always a filthy and nasty. I’ve sent her pictures of the hallways. I have seen pictures of nasty elevators. I’ve sent her pictures of our nasty trash shoot on our floor and all she says is thank you. I informed her we will not be signing our lease back in May. We are out of here. I feel for anyone who looks at these atrocious apartments. Corporate does not return your phone call What a joke for a community.

I have lived in the Hyde Park Neighborhood for 8 yrs, so prior to management company coming it. The changes are impressive. I recently had a pipe burst the same night, Tim was here helping me as I live alone and carpet cleaners were here, that night. . My home had to be redone. It is beautiful. We had a Neighborhood summer get together for all it was really wonderful.. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. It's quiet and well maintained since management company has taken over. I COULD NOT BE MORE HAPPIER WITH MY HOME AND NEIGHBORHOOD. Thank you

I love my apartment. It's nice and spacious for a great price. The neighborhood is safe, clean, and kind. The staff do a great job of keeping the grounds well kept. The staff responds quickly with a great attitude to any work orders. There are also community events hosted by the staff. The staff is kind and hospitable.

New Management Team for Villas 52 ran through this company is rude and disrespectful. The man told me he was the boss and refused to give me upper management’s information to file a complaint when they entered my apartment (stating I don’t have to be home) Keep in mind I haven’t signed a new contract with this company and we agreed on the next day to enter my home.

We love living here. The houses are all so nice and the neighborhood is quiet. Matt the property manager is so helpful and nice. He really does do his best to make us feel at home. I couldn’t recommend Rolling Rock enough!

I'm an apartment investor with experience in owning over 6,000+ rental units. I've worked with many property management firms, and AFI is one of the top 3 WORST management companies I've ever worked with. They talk a big game about how they outperform other management firms & that's why they charge obnoxiously high fees, but 3 of my properties ($40M of assets in multiple states) were in far worse condition, both physically & economically, after a year under AFI's management than when they took over. I completely regret hiring them, and I would never do it again.
