Carlos and his crew did an amazing job insulating and encapsulating our crawlspace, not to mention having really solved a structural problem with their pier work and insuring us a water free crawlspace with the pump. Some neighbors asked about this and we showed them the work first hand and said they would also consider having the same done. I reminded them that all companies and crews are not alike but that Carlos and his crew would definitely do the job well and right! Our deepest appreciation to you and to him and his crew!

Alford Home Solutions were very easy to work with, they were professional and I was happy with the way they addressed issues I brought up. I worked with Danny on the planning part. I was especially appreciative of Josh and his crew as they discovered my outbuilding fully engulfed on FIRE and rushed in to tell me, grabbed a fire extinguisher and absolutely fought that fire for me to keep it from reaching my house. There is no way I could have done what they did. I don't know too many people that would jump on and do something of that nature. We were able to salvage a big part of our building thanks to them and no damage came to our home. They did a great job on our encapsulation and replacement of some floor joists also. Would definitely recommend.

Alford completed a crawlspace encapsulation, insulation, and waterproofing operation on my house. The company is top-notch, from the initial consultations with Ethan K., who provided an extensive and well-designed plan, to the installation with Foreman Marquese A. and his team. The install team was professional, courteous, and explained every step of the process. The job was nearly two weeks, and Marquese called to check in each morning to provide an ETA, is very friendly, and him and his team are dedicated to top-notch work. Also, the electrician, Shane, was outstanding. I also had a chance to work with Alford's leadership team (Tim and Matt), and was impressed with their knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, and customer-service orientation. I'm also impressed with Alford's team-building and employee engagement. I definitely recommend Alford for your basement and crawlspace needs. And Marquese and his team for the installation!

Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamie L. Robinson), Chris Marquette, and Cayden Martin completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule.
The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for.
Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smart jacks and 3 beams sistered. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese Adams, David Watson, and Brandon Taylor made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge.
I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim Barnett, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew McKown for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation.
All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

Had a crawlspace encapsulation completed, the guys did a great job. They maintained a clean work site, showed pictures along the way and kept me informed of any information. They followed what I wanted done to a T.
Working with the office was also very straightforward and professional.
Definitely recommend Alford for any basement or crawlspace work

I had a crawl space encapsulation completed. It was not going to be an easy job and after almost 2 weeks everything was finished. Everyone that I communicated with from quotes (Drew), to scheduling (Lindsay), to construction was nice and knowledgeable. There were a few items I was not happy with and after a quick email and phone call, everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. Jeremy and Matt did a great job on my final punchlist. Very happy with the final result. Would definitely recommend to anyone who has moisture issues, to have this done.
