My wife and I are working to buy a house. During the process we looked into getting a termite inspection done on two different houses. One of the houses we used Alford to complete the inspection as they had the ability to access the house the way a realtor does, without anyone being at the house. The first 2 images are the brief inspection we received the day of the inspection, the 3rd and 4th image are the detailed inspection that took 24 hours to get. The brief report provided more information than the detailed report. As will see there is very little to no information on the detailed report and the brief report states old evidence of termite damage (not even shown on detailed report) and all the obstructions and inaccessible areas, which in my opinion are obvious on any home. Images 5 through 11 are from another pest control company that we used on another house we thought of buying. That report is much more detailed and provide proof that they visited the house. I do not recommend Alford as they charged me a fee for the inspection and I don't feel their report or inspection was sufficient. The only issue with the unnamed company is that they do not have the ability to access the house without an realtor or owner being at the house. I did not have to pay a fee for the other company. I have no issue paying for a service if the service provided is quality service and provides sufficient detail for the service (inspection) requested.

Total DISSATISFACTION with this Company. I encourage everyone to highly consider OTHER options. Alford and the CEO care nothing about Customer Service or honoring their core values. Lacking respect and empathy after twice missing scheduled commitments. Happily pay more from another provider who listens & cares.
