This is gold standart property management company.Very reputable and easy to work with.We had horrible experience with previous company ( that was about to charge $1,000 for $50 A/C part, outrageous!) and had to move...Alger company have been great,smooth transfer, quick response/communication with tenant, and we (as owners) got rent ON TIME! which was always late before.
So far very happy with our decision, they made our life easier.

We lived in a rental managed by Alger for about 16 months, and we have no complaints about them whatsoever. When we had maintenance things to be fixed, they were quick about getting it handled for us. The move out cleaning fees were perfectly reasonable, and they gave us the majority of our deposit back. Very good company to rent from. They worked well with us while we were getting our finances/payments together. They're super understanding about those kinds of things (paydays not lining up with rent due dates, etc.) They will accommodate. There was also a time I got locked out of my apartment and they sent someone from the office to come unlock it within 30 mins which was very helpful. Honestly, they kind of waited on us hand and foot and made sure we had everything we needed. My only complaint is that some work orders went unanswered. Not a big deal as they weren't for major issues. I would rent from this company again even so. They really take care of their tenants.

Their maintenance personnel options are subpar. As someone that has worked closely with numerous property management companies across Kitsap County, this is sad to hear that this company only seems to rely on one repair/maintenance option from what has been informed so far, which leaves their customers to have their property issues not attended to for approximately a year. I do hope Alger will see this as an issue and find more responsible and timely companies for their customers needs.
