Alicia worked with us over many months, and helped us find the exact home we were seeking. Because of her additional experience as a renovator, she was a wealth of information, and helped us sort through the good, the bad, and the unreasonable. Heck, we still call her for advice from time to time!

Not only did she help us find our home, she connected us with swell people to take care of the rest of the process (home inspector, mortgage, lawyers, etc.) making our part a lot easier.

We had a great experience working with Alicia. We met her at a home tour which was listed under her. That day we told her what kind of home and community we were looking for. She went beyond our expectation to help us find what we needed. She took her time to explain every detail so we could make a right decision. She always made time for us on short notices for scheduling viewings, always replied to our calls or texts no matter what time of the day (even on weekends). In short, Alicia was very committed to her work, she added lots of effort and time to help us get what we wanted and she was always there for us when we needed her.
