I rented a house in Castro Valley for a couple of years and then a condo in Castro Valley for another few years with All Bay Property Management. I could not recommend them more. They always went above and beyond for me and my family. Our needs were always tended to immediately whenever anything needed attention with the rentals. They are a family business and they treat you like family. I have only known them to be honest, fair and generous.

Very disappointed with this company. I wish I could say otherwise. When my husband and our three daughters met them in person they were very pleasant people who continuously asked us to please put in an application for a rental they were showing. I explained to them that my credit is not good, due to my previous divorce, and told them I would be willing to leave a higher deposit or have a cosigner. They said they don't accept cosigners but would still really want us to apply. I gave them $60 for the application fee and never heard back from them. I emailed twice to check and see where they were at with everything and no word back. I called days after applying and spoke with Joe, who was very short with me and interrupted me continuously. Telling me to start applying elsewhere because my credit wasn't where it needed to be (even though I had already told them this and they still told us multiple times to apply). I feel taken advantage of and the lack of communication is ABSURD. I will never recommend this Property Management company to anyone. STEER CLEAR, THEY JUST WANT YOUR APPLICATION FEES AND WILL TURN THEIR BACK ON YOU AFTER THEY GET IT. Shame on you.

Update: Joe had emailed (after I left this review) and said that he had JUST gotten off the phone with my landlords and references when I had called so they did not have time to return my call because I was so on top of it....unfortunately that was a LIE. I confirmed with my previous landlords and references that he had spoken with them more than 24 hours prior to me reaching out. The least they could do was be honest with my family, but once again we are appalled at their behavior and we are actually really happy we didn't rent that home from them and give them our business. We are working with a different property management company who doesnt lie and take advantage of their people.
