As a Tenant of one of their properties, I can say that I am very dissatisfied. They rarely respond to emails. Seem to be unprepared and at times incompetent (FYI they don't have keys to their properties that they manage - at least not mine). I am still waiting for my security deposit plus interest to be returned and it has been more than 45 days.
