I rented 5231 Via Hacienda #218 from May 2019 to December 23, 2022, and I do not recommend this property or this management company to anyone.

Serious Issues with the Property & Management:

• Severe Roach Infestation – Roaches crawl everywhere, making it impossible to cook.
• Filthy & Falling Apart – The unit was in horrendous condition and should be demolished.
• Dishonest Property Management – They lied to keep my security deposit, coming up with fake itemized deductions but refusing to provide receipts.
• Unprofessional & Rude Staff – The manager, Shawna, is rude and unhelpful, treating tenants poorly.
• Unfair Charges – If you don’t renew, they increase fees and make false claims about damages.

It Is Now 2025—Where Is My Money?

It has been over two years, and Allcounty Premier STILL refuses to return my security deposit. I have asked for receipts multiple times, and they refuse to provide them. If there were legitimate deductions, why can’t they show proof?

I left the unit spotless, yet they kept my money. I even replaced the blinds, but they falsely claimed I didn’t—while still using my own photos to advertise the unit.

They Removed My First Review—Trying to Hide the Truth!

Instead of fixing their shady business practices, they removed my first review, hoping to silence me. I will continue reposting my experience until they do the right thing.

If you’re considering renting from Allcounty Premier, think twice. They are dishonest, untrustworthy, and will steal your deposit. I want my money back!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at All County Premier! Bridgette and Shawna are fantastic ladies and willing to help and answer any questions you may have.
I moved into a property they manage during a hurricane, by myself. They were SO helpful, encouraging, and supportive. No one ever likes moving and its always stressful. But having this team in my corner, always answering emails, responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner, and making the process so smooth was justification enough that I made a perfect choice of moving and having them as my team. The vendors that they use to handle maintenance issues have been nothing but kind, respectful, and quick. They cleaned up after themselves, wiped their feet at the door, and arrived ON TIME.
