Jim does great work. He's done various repairs at my house, including: fixing my kitchen sink, doors, new LED light fixtures throughout the house and garage, leaky bathroom faucets, gutters, and more. He built a shower manifold for my master bath that gives me multiple shower heads and a rain panel. It's amazing!

He's quick and professional.

Jim installed three new doors on our rental, replacing doors from decades ago. He added decorative trim and we couldn't be happier. Jim was responsive, honest, diligent and thorough. His prices are very fair and he does a great job.
That being said, we hired him to prepare and patch around the newer vinyl windows, followed by installing trim around the windows. It was a difficult job, as the house is old stucco and Jim stepped right up to it, did a fantastic job and we're once again thrilled with his work.
He's a man of his word and works hard to get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. We recommend Jim 100% without any hesitation.
Thanks so much, Jim. We'll definitely call on you again and recommend you highly to all who can use your expertise and work ethic.

Jim Kerr worked at our 22 unit apartment building for a year and a half until relocating. During that period he did all of our maintenance including, plumbing, electrical, drywall, concrete and some pest control not to mention many various situations that arose. With Jim onsite we rarely had to call for outside services and saved considerable dollars. If Jim returned to our area, I would rehire him gladly. He did excellent work.
