Went the other day to check out an apt. Noticed Easter decorations on driving in. The grounds were very clean and orderly. There is plenty of parking and dumpsters close by ,a plus! The Apts seem quiet plenty of extra assets, dog park ,pool tennis courts and a club house,tanning bed. The management team was super friendly and answered all my questions.when my current lease is up i intend to move in there.. also a laundry room a super plus. Can't wait.

Allandale falls has been my home for the past year. This was my first ever apartment and when I tell you this has been the best experience for my first apartment I’m not joking! First of all, Cody in leasing is by far the funniest and easiest person to talk to. Any and all questions are answered almost immediately and i’ve never felt embarrassed having too many questions because everyone there is so easy to talk with (and trust me I always have a lot of questions, i like to keep my bases covered). The maintenance team are some of the coolest guys i’ve met and they’ve always been quick to respond. This apartment has been my safe space and if it weren’t for needing to live closer to my job, I wouldn’t be leaving. At the end of the day, even if it is just an apartment complex, Allandale has made this first time experience so much easier and comforting for someone anxious to live on their own. Please, if you are in need of a place to feel at home, come try out Allandale! Thank you Allandale team for being so incredible, we will dearly miss this place when it comes time to move once more!!

It's a good place to live, staff is always friendly and polite. Maintenance will get whatever they need to fixed in a decent amount of time, lawn is well Maintained. Cody in the main office needs a big fat raise 😂 he's helped us, I don't know how many times and has been a huge blessing to me and my girlfriend. Any question we asked he had an answer for. All in all a good place to live 👍🏼

My husband, our three girls and I have lived here a little over three years and we love it here! They are super pet friendly. There's dog bags everywhere around the complex and they seem to never run out! It's super convenient to take your dog out on a stroll and always have some doggie bags nearby. The maintenance staff are the friendliest group of people ! The days you call the office with a request the staff usually comes within the same day or the very following day. The pool is well kept as is the play structure for the little ones. My family and I love it here! 100% our favorite place to date!

We have lived here almost 2 years. We have loved every minute of it! The office staff is top notch and friendly. The maintenance staff truly goes above and beyond to keep things running smoothly. Special shout out to Brandon for going the extra mile to fix any issue. We love it here and can't see living anywhere else!

My partner and I have lived here a little over a year and have few complaints! Maintenance always has things fixed fairly quickly, and it’s a complex we feel safe in. The only thing that may lack is some communication but I know systems have been changing recently. We’re kept up to date with things 99% of the time and everyone who works here is so nice! I would personally recommend living here.

I have lived here for over seven years and I don't plan on leaving. My son and I absolutely love living here. The staff ran by Melinda Stapleton does an excellent job at what they do and the maintenance team is top notch. I tell everyone what a great place this is to live. My daughter and I have been here for a little over a year and we love it! The staff is incredibly friendly, goes above and beyond, and is responsive to any maintenance requests. We feel very safe and comfortable living here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home!
