You're better off talking to a brick wall, if you're low income. Don't waste hard earned $ on an application fee. They won't rent to mentally and physically disabled people who don't have 3 times the rent. I'm a former loan officer, residential property manager and took my real estate courses. Yet, because I don't have 3 times my HUD Voucher I don't qualify... Neither will you if you have a Voucher.

Thieves! I would give no stars if i could. They tried to take our security deposit due to issues that they had noted on the original walk through. We didn't stand for that and after far to long eventually got most of our deposit back. When I went to pick up the check the person that was working there told me we were lucky they usually take the whole thing! Lucky to get my own money back? I love how they have all these 5 star phony reviews. I don't believe it for a second.

Take down my review! Nope this is the right company. The rental was in my partners name. People have the right to know what we experienced. I would also like to know how you searched the future?

We’ve rented through alliance for 5 years now and have had little to no problems. Sure sometimes it takes a day to get someone on the phone but when we do, they are quick to send quality maintenance out when we ask. They do yearly checks on the house and are not intrusive or invasive at all. Their services have really improved since we first moved in and although we don’t require much maintenance often, they are friendly and efficient.

Alliance Real Estate is without a doubt the worst property management company I've dealt with. They took all of our $2,875 deposit and then sent an itemization for another $1107, I'm currently in an ongoing dispute and they take 5+ days to reply to any emails and they rarely answer their phones. I've had to physically come to the office on multiple occasions just to get an answer. Then they give me some "that's not my department" bs.
DON'T BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Look at their Yelp page and you can see 1 star after 1 star review. Save your deposits for a reputable property management company.

Very bad experience dealing with this property management company. I have worked in property management myself and I am appalled. They are rude, do not communicate well and are highly unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere!!!

Update: No, we did not get the property we applied for, even though we viewed the property first and turned our applications in first. We also met their qualifications (credit, income, etc). The reason for the bad review is because of how I was treated during the whole process. Like I previously wrote, they were rude, did not communicate well and were unprofessional.

This management company is the absolute WORST. I've rented from plenty of apartments and never had any trouble until I moved here. By far the more terrible ive ever experienced in all aspects. Don t do it. If u want to go through this management company i sincerely wish you good luck.

Do not trust this place with your living situation. It took me 2 days and 10+ phone calls to get a single answer out of them. The staff act like forgetful children. Easily one of the least professional business' I've ever encountered

I have not had a bad experience, the staff is super helpful and bent over backwards to help my family find a home in a short amount of time. They are true to there word and super friendly.
