As a roofing contractor I’ve seen how Allison works from two different perspectives. First, I’ve seen her relationship with her clients and was taken aback more than once by her generosity and professionalism. She always does what’s right by her clients even if it means she will take the financial hit for it. Allison is humble so I’m not even sure her clients realize the how much she goes above and beyond for them. From my perspective as a contractor, I don’t hesitate to answer her call and help her anyway I can. I’ve been used by realtors many times and I feel like it is a waste of my time. Old review: My husband and I had considered trying to sell our home by ourselves, and through a random chain of events wound up giving Allison a call to help us. We sit around and laugh now that we had legitimately considered FSBO. The amount of work that Allison (and her amazing team) did, her INCREDIBLE level of responsiveness and professionalism, and her attention to detail made the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home not only possible, but also just all around not a bad process at all.

She gave us advice on how to prep our home, and we were under contract within 1 day. I cried tears of gratitude that we didn't have to go through the headache of multiple days/weeks/months of showings. She literally had a person to help us with everything - cleaning/fixing/painting our old home, and same with the new. Inspections, done. She knew what we needed before we did, and made it happen usually within the same day.

I don't know how many times I said during this process that "it's so nice to work with someone who really seems to have found their calling." Y'all...just.... Do yourselves a favor and choose team Allison. You will not regret it. We sure don't!!
