I love living at Allusion at West University. It’s a very peaceful and well kept building. The office team is amazing and always helpful. Their Maintenance team gets things fixed right away and are always very friendly. The pool area is very nice - great amenities and really nice location. Super nice neighbors too! I highly recommend Allusion at West University.

Allusion is one of the best apartments in Houston. Beautiful views of the city and neighborhoods during the day and peaceful at night. So far it’s safe and accommodations are satisfactory of luxurious living. Walking distance to restaurants, retail and grocery stores. Leasing management is awesome and attentive, property is modern, it looks/smells clean, and maintenance is prompt and efficient. Wonderful property, lived here for two years.

The staff here is amazing! Maintenance is very on top of work orders and very communicative. The property is well maintained and they are doing a couple new projects to the property itself. The residents I have met are very friendly and it is quiet community with families, business professionals and retired couples. I love the location it’s close to everything including my job. Our floor plan is the best floor plan I’ve lived in with lots of space and the price for in the loop is a steal.
Definitely recommend checking this property out.

This review is specific to the amenities. The amenities were kept much cleaner before the owners changed. The pool is filled with dirt and bugs and they have made the gym very uncomfortable. When you walk into the gym, you will breathe in heavy cleaner. Terrible music is blasting so you cannot listen to your own ear buds, they removed all trees and shades making it like a sauna and equipment is breaking down and won’t be replaced. $25 per month amenity charged per resident yet they don’t stay on top of this. Considering moving to a property that is cleaner in these areas and where resident comfort is considered.

This place has turned into a joke since getting new management. Damage from the freeze in February still hasn’t been fixed. The locks (electronic) don’t work to get into the grass dog run (either from the street into the gate or the inside the dog run going into the building). These haven’t been fixed in over a month.

Nothing is like it used to be here. Everyone I know (we all used to love it here) has already moved out or is not going to renew their lease.

It’s sad to see what has happened with this place. A year ago it would have easily been a 5/5.

Just moved from here and received my security deposit in the mail … every house i move out of i clean … i was charged cleaning fees for all around the apartment for things i know i cleaned … that’s not right … but overall i give the apartment a 4 and office team a 3 (bad attitudes)
