Alma Aguilar has helped many of my friends sell and buy homes. She goes the extra mile to make things happen. Most recently there was an older couple with a house with a swimming pool and it was too much work for them. They were tired and retired. They sold their smaller home in Baldwin park and purchased a larger nicer newer home at he same time and only had to move once. They are happy. Also she sold my other friend's house for much more money than what other realtors were saying they can get. Alma does all this because she has God on her side. I will recommend Alma to everyone.

I went to Alma Aguilar in August of 2023 because she impressed me with the professionalism she used to help two of my neighbours sell there houses. She was friendly was willing to wait for you answers and was never pushy.
My wife and I called her in and we sat down and went through what we wanted to do. She also helped us find a house in Washington State so we knew where we were going to live before we for our own house sold, thanks to her connection to Coldwell Bankers. She was with us most of the time when people came in to look over the house we were selling and we got more than what we were asking. She gave the customers great ideas in how rooms could be used. Yeah we were very pleased with her progress and professionalism!!
