We moved into our newly constructed home just one month ago, and we’ve already encountered several serious issues—some of which are safety-related.

First, our front door smart lock malfunctioned, locking us out of our own home. We had no choice but to climb through a window to get in. Despite reporting this immediately, it took the person in charge a full week just to come and take a look.

Second, a shelf in our wardrobe suddenly collapsed. Fortunately, no one was in the room at the time, or this could have caused serious injury. It’s been over a week, and we still have no ETA on when it will be fixed.

For a brand-new home, these kinds of issues should not be happening, and the lack of urgency in addressing them is unacceptable. We expected better quality and customer service from this builder, but so far, we are extremely disappointed

The sales people in the Alpine estates are very headstrong and intractable. The houses are also very poor quality and and a lot of studs are peeled off and only half full. There is no price negotiation as well in-spite of artificially marked up and inflated prices. They provide full fences for some houses and. not for other houses which is very rational. They doesn't provide any before construction site details and climate risks.
And they are not at all flexible with move in dates. Once we enter into contract with them they force us to take what they give and when they give to us.

Worst build quality I have ever seen. Not worth the million dollar price. Bought a dump yard and started building homes around it with potential toxic gas exposure. Not good for your family. Yet another cookie cutter builder with the worst build quality.

Very disappointing build quality. Studs on 24. Lowest quality cabinetry I've seen with floors that look straight out of low grade apartments. This is a million dollar home now?

Worst of the worst builder! They are a daylight scam if you don't be vigilant on pricing, upgrades and quality. I would never buy a CC home.
